ATTENTION COMPETITORS:
Entry status for both Coconino Summer I and II will be posted by June 22. PLEASE double check that you are in the correct divsion and level, if you are not filling out the Date of Birth section of your entry form it is impossible to tell if you are an adult or a Junior, and you will by defult be entered in the adult division.
Also, if you are not filling out the Eligible Section you will be entered in the open division, there is no way for me to tell your status or experience if it is not filled out on the form. Complete entry forms are very important for getting each competitor into the correct division.
If you have been entered incorrectly PLEASE let me know asap via e-mail, if it is due to an incomplete or incorrect entry there is a change fee that will be applied.

- Competitors are encouraged to pre-order shavings with their entry, if you have already sent your entry you can send a separate check and a note stating that you are pre-ordering shavings. The price is $10 per bag of shavings which will be delivered to your stall prior to your arrival.
