Coconino Horse Trials Cross Country Courses
We are extremely fortunate to have the talented course designer and builder Greg Schlappi working with us as we continue to improve our unique facility in Fort Tuthill County Park. Through the efforts of our generous sponsors and tireless volunteers, we are able to add new fences and maintain the quality of existing fences, all while focusing on the safety of our competitors—both human and equine.
The courses presented here are those that were used at the 2006 Summer II Coconino Horse Trials. Because quite a few of our fences are portable and are often moved to new locations to add new challenges to our courses, and because our fund-raising efforts allow us to add new obstacles, the 2007 courses may be different from those that you see here. Remember: coping with unpredictability is a big part of the fun of eventing ;-)
