Early arrival to fairgrounds is an option but must be arranged for in advance by secretary and extra stabling fees apply. Please add payment for all extra days stabling to your Summer I entry if you are competing at both horse trials. It is $25 per night so if you are staying over between shows you need to add a total of $50 per stall(tack and horses are the same)

Camping is $15 per night per rig/tent- if you are camping you MUST include with your entry check. You will receive a pass in your packet to display throughout the show. Showers available in Jockey Club room for $2.

Shavings are $10 per bag and must be pre-ordered by JULY 8 if you would like them delivered on 7/13, the payment is to be included with your entry.

Any incomplete entries WILL be charged $35 incomplete fee. This includes missing USEA numbers, payments, qualifications, etc. FORMS MUST BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY AND ALL FEES MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY.
